CONSTITUTION examines the evidence that this sequence is not so clean. Language participates in perception, furnishes social worlds with roles and standing, and shapes the futures people and institutions can inhabit.
The book follows that claim through classrooms, marriages, prisons, money, nations, therapy rooms, spacecraft, companies, and declared futures — not as metaphor, but as the place those realities actually live.
